Our proposals are prepared based on an estimate of time with two guarantees:
     1.  If the time would be less than estimated you would be billed the LOWER amount
     2.  You will NOT be billed more than the proposal amount

The proposals are turn-key as they include all field and office work, filing fees, and recording fees and advance payment of soil borings and/or incidental fees.
